In the assembly phase, we adopt a modular flow operation, with experienced technicians controlling the fit accuracy of each component, while flexibly scheduling production resources to ensure smooth processes. In terms of quality control, we implement a full-process inspection mechanism, checking at every level from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery, and actively cooperating with customers’ sampling and acceptance processes. In response to customers’ strict requirements for production cycles, we optimize production scheduling plans and provide real-time progress feedback to ensure timely delivery of orders.
